Policy:
* all credit card purchases must have a matching billing address.
* all returns must have authorization by wootparts.com.
* all returns are for exchange or store credit only.
* 20% restocking fee on all returns.
* all returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to wootparts.com within 14 days of the invoice date.
* a 3% service charge applies to all engine purchases.
* special order items are not refundable.
* all cancellation orders after a 24hr period will be accessed a 5% cancellation fee.
* all engines and used parts are sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges.
* all engine modification components, expect those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for off-road use only.
* shipping charges are not refundable.

ONLINE ORDERS

We will send an Invoice to your email address. As soon as your order has be completed.

Credit card payments will be made through GOOGLE CHECKOUT. You will receive a payment email in which you enter your credit card information.

*ANY USED PARTS RETURNED WILL BE SUBJECTED FOR A FULL RETURN IF DETERMINED UNUSABLE OR INCORRECT.
*IF DETERMINED TO BE IN USABLE SHAPE AND CORRECT DURING A RETURN, A 25% RETURN FEE WILL BE ISSUED.
